TERMS OF PURCHASE

Statement of Conversion
All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Eur into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site’.

Purchase of service

The customer can purchase the service on the website https://royalstorage.rs/

The customer chooses the size of the storage unit and the number of months of the lease, which is available to him immediately after the payment is made.

Price and fiscal account

The seller of the service sells and charges exclusively at the price shown on the website and on the fiscal account, and in the dinar equivalent at the middle exchange rate of the NBS on the day of payment.

VAT is included in the price.

The website is intended exclusively for adults.

By accepting the “purchase conditions” during the purchase process, the buyer declares that he meets the condition from the previous paragraph and that he is commercially capable of concluding a sales contract.

By accepting the “purchase conditions” during the purchase process and payment, the buyer requests the seller to deliver the fiscal invoice in electronic form, to the previously entered email address, with the simultaneous sending of the appropriate link to access the portal of the tax administration in order to verify the credibility of that fiscal invoice.

The portal supports payment: by payment card via the Internet.

Canceling a purchase
Once purchased, the service cannot be returned or exchanged.

The seller has no legal obligation to refund money or replace the service after the purchase has been completed, at the subjective request of the buyer.

In the case of a purchase on the online sales portal royalstorage.rs, the customer, by accepting the “conditions of purchase” during the purchase process, declares that in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection, Article 26, Paragraph 1, Item 6, he is informed that he cannot exercise the right to withdraw from the concluded contract remotely, and in terms of the Law, Article 36, paragraph 1, item 13.

Complaints and Refunds for purchased services

Complaints
If the Customer believes that there were certain irregularities during the purchase of the service (double transaction, incomplete amount, etc.), he can submit a complaint to the email info@royalstorage.rs in a free form or to the phone: +381 66 035 350

The deadline for responding to a complaint is 8 days from the day the request is submitted. The deadline for resolving the complaint is 30 days from the date of submission of the request.

In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, royalstorage.rs (“Royal Storage” doo Belgrade) is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex and Dina payment methods, which means that the bank will refund the cardholder’s account at the seller’s request

Refunds for purchased services
The customer is entitled to a refund only in case of significant changes, such as:

Lease cancellations by the lessor
changing the date, time or location in a way that does not suit the Customer

The responsibility for the refund rests solely with the lessor, who is obliged to publicly announce the procedure and conditions for the refund.

In case of service cancellation, the subject of refund is exclusively the amount paid for the services (issuance price) and special costs (costs of transportation, accommodation, order processing, postage, etc.) are not reimbursed.

If the Customer uses the service regardless of the fact that the date, time or location has changed, no refund can be made for the service used.

On behalf of “Royal Storage” doo Belgrade, we undertake to protect the privacy of all our customers. We collect only necessary, basic data about customers/users and data necessary for business operations and informing users in accordance with good business practices and with the aim of providing quality service. We give customers choices including the ability to decide whether or not they want to be removed from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All user/customer data is strictly stored and is available only to employees who need the data to perform their work. All employees as well as the director of “Royal Storage” doo Belgrade are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.
